Privacy notice
This notice summarizes how personal data is handled in Checador. Each company using the platform also publishes its own privacy notice for its workers, which we generate inside the compliance kit.
What data is handled
Identification data of the company and its users, workday data (entries, exits, breaks, incidences) and, when the company enables it, facial biometric data used solely to verify identity when clocking in.
What it's used for
To operate the workday record, meet labor obligations and produce the reports the authority may require. It is not used for other purposes nor sold.
Where the data lives
Your data never leaves the platform. Facial processing happens inside the platform itself, not with a third party, and records are encrypted and anchored so they can't be altered.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO) before the company that employs you, which is responsible for processing your data on the platform.
