In-platform face verification
Face recognition runs inside the platform, not with a third party. It confirms the right person is clocking in — no shared badges.

Built for the field and the shop
Construction, trades, maintenance, logistics: people who aren't sitting in front of a punch clock.
How it works
Every record gathers three physical proofs and is signed on the device before it leaves. It's then anchored, so nobody — not even you — can alter it after the fact.
Face recognition runs inside the platform, not with a third party. It confirms the right person is clocking in — no shared badges.
Stick an NFC tag at the worksite. Each one answers with a unique signature that can't be cloned, so the punch proves presence on site.
No signal is no excuse. The punch is signed on the phone, captures its location, and syncs itself when the network returns. No entry is ever lost.
Each period is sealed with OpenTimestamps and NOM-151. The seal proves the date and that the record didn't change: evidence with probative value before the authority.
Privacy notice, biometric consent and the RIT clause, already drafted and filled with your company's data. Download them and hand them over.
Your logo and colors in the portal and the app. Your workers see your brand; you see a single dashboard.
A supervisor clocks in the whole crew from one phone, or you set up a fixed kiosk at the entrance. You choose how your people work.
In plain language
The reform to the Federal Labor Law requires keeping an electronic record of each worker's workday. Here, in plain language, is what the law asks for and how the platform handles it.
Electronic workday record
You must keep, by electronic means, each worker's start and end times, breaks, overtime and incidences.
Producible to the authority
That record must be showable to the labor authority on request — whole and verifiable.
The deadline
The electronic workday-record obligation becomes enforceable on January 1, 2027. Better to arrive with the system already running than improvising.
The fines
Not keeping the record is sanctioned from 250 to 5,000 UMA per affected worker. Across a crew, that adds up fast.
The 40-hour phase-in
In parallel, the maximum workweek is being gradually reduced toward 40 hours. A reliable hours record is the basis for managing it well.
Records start, end, breaks and overtime
Every punch keeps its exact time, its type and the computed workday. Incidences and overtime are derived automatically from the punches.
Exportable and verifiable instantly
Generate the report per worker or per period in one click, with the timestamps that prove nothing was altered. Ready to hand over.
Integrity proven, not promised
Anchoring with OpenTimestamps and NOM-151 attests to the date and that the record didn't change. You don't have to ask to be believed: it's demonstrated.
The paperwork, already handled
The privacy notice, biometric-data consent and the RIT clause come ready for your company.
